Water Warrior Privacy Policy Effective date: August 2, 2026 Last updated: August 2, 2026 Water Warrior (“Water Warrior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Water Warrior. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Water Warrior mobile application, website, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.” By using Water Warrior, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect Account information When you register for Water Warrior, we may collect: Your email address Your account identifier Your username Your display name Your password or authentication credentials Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not available to us in readable form. Profile information You may choose to provide information for your profile, including: A profile picture A display name A username A biography or other profile details Your hydration goal Other information you voluntarily add to your profile Some profile information may be visible to other Water Warrior users,p’s features and your privacy settings. Hydration and wellness information Water Warrior collects information that you enter about your hydration activity, such as: Amounts of water or other beverages consumed Dates and times of hydration entries Daily hydration goals Hydration streaks Progress and historical hydration records Measurement-unit preferences Custom beverage sizes or entries We use this information to provide hydration tracking, progress calculations, reminders, statistics, and other app functionality. Water Warrior is intended as a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Friends and social connections When you use the social features of Water Warrior, we may collect: Friend requests Accepted or declined friend relationships User searches Blocked users Social activity associated with your account Other users may be able to locate your account through information such as your username or display name. User-generated content When you use Water Warrior’s community or social features, we may collect content you submit, including: Posts Comments Reactions or likes Images Captions Reports of inappropriate content Other communications submitted through the Service Content you share may be visible to friends, selected users, or other members of the Water Warrior community, depending on the feature and applicable privacy settings. Please avoid posting sensitive personal information that you do not want others to see. Notifications When you enable notifications, we may collect or process: Notification preferences Reminder schedules A device notification token Information required to deliver hydration reminders and social notifications You can disable notifications through the app’s settings or your device settings. 2. How We Use Information We may use the information we collect to: Create and manage user accounts Authenticate users Record and display hydration activity Calculate progress, goals, and streaks Provide personalized hydration reminders Enable profiles, friends, posts, comments, and other social features Send service-related notifications Respond to questions and support requests Investigate bugs, misuse, fraud, or security incidents Enforce our policies Maintain and improve the Service Comply with applicable legal obligations Protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service We will not use health or hydration information for advertising or sell it to data brokers.
3. How Information Is Shared With other users Information may be shared with other Water Warrior users when necessary to provide social features. Depending on the app’s functionality and your settings, other users may see information such as: Your username Your display name Your profile image Your hydration progress or streak Your posts and comments Your reactions Your friendship status Your email address and private authentication information are not intended to be displayed publicly. Service providers We use third-party service providers to operate Water Warrior. Water Warrior currently uses Supabase for services that may include: Account authentication Database hosting File storage Backend infrastructure Real-time app functionality Supabase may process information on our behalf to provide these services. Supabase maintains its own privacy and data-processing documentation. We may also use Apple services for app distribution, sign-in functionality, push notifications, purchases, or device-level permissions, depending on the features you use. Service providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide their services to us or as otherwise allowed by law. Legal and safety reasons We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: Comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request Enforce our agreements and policies Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents Protect the rights, property, or safety of Water Warrior, our users, or others Respond to an emergency involving a risk of harm Business transfers If Water Warrior is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice when required by applicable law.
4. Advertising, Tracking, and Sale of Information Water Warrior does not currently: Display third-party behavioral advertisements Sell personal information Share personal information with data brokers Track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or consent requests required by law or Apple’s policies.
5. Data Storage and Security Water Warrior stores information using Supabase and other service providers that support the operation of the Service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include authentication controls, encrypted network connections, access restrictions, and database security policies. Supabase provides access-control tools, including database Row Level Security policies, that developers can use to limit which records users may access. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
6. Data Retention We retain account information and associated user data while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Water Warrior. When you request account deletion, we delete your account and associated personal information from our active systems promptly after the deletion request is successfully processed, except where limited retention is required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, needed to resolve disputes, or required to demonstrate legal compliance. Limited copies of database information may remain temporarily in encrypted system backups for the duration of our service provider’s applicable backup-retention period. Backup copies are maintained for disaster recovery and are not used for ordinary business purposes. They are removed or overwritten according to the provider’s normal backup schedule. Uploaded files that are deleted through our storage provider are permanently removed and are not recoverable through standard database backups. Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.
7. Account and Data Deletion You may initiate deletion of your Water Warrior account through the app by navigating to: Account → Scroll Down → Delete Account Deleting your account is intended to delete: Your authentication account Your profile Your hydration records Your friend relationships Your posts and comments Your uploaded profile images or other stored files Other personal data associated with your account Some information may be retained only where legally required or for the limited reasons described in the Data Retention section. You may also request assistance by contacting us at wwcustomerprivacy@gmail.com. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your Water Warrior account or server-stored information. Apple requires apps that support account creation to provide an in-app method for initiating deletion of the account and associated data.
8. Your Choices and Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to: Access personal information we hold about you Correct inaccurate information Delete your account and associated information Receive a copy of certain information Object to or restrict certain processing Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent Appeal or submit a complaint regarding a privacy request You may update certain information directly through the app. To submit a privacy request, contact wwcustomerprivacy@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may also control: Push notifications through the app or device settings Photo-library or camera access through iOS settings Other protected device permissions through iOS settings Social visibility through any privacy settings provided in the app Withdrawing permission may prevent some features from working.
9. HealthKit

Water Warrior does not use HealthKit Water Warrior does not currently read information from or write information to Apple Health or HealthKit. If HealthKit functionality is introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before collecting or processing HealthKit information.

1. Children’s Privacy Water Warrior is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the Service. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us at wwcustomerprivacy@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information.
2. International Data Processing Your information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
3. Third-Party Links Water Warrior may include links to external websites or services. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected directly by those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing information.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Water Warrior, our information practices, legal requirements, or service providers. When we make material changes, we may notify you email, or through another appropriate method. The updated policy will display a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to your subsequent use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
